nueCPL is a fast, functional and skinnable CPL that uses Manila 2D skins. It aims to replace the ugly and nonfunctional default WM control panel.

This is a test version that is almost complete. There is no installer yet, you will have to copy to Windows. It is currently QVGA only. (VGA in next release).
