Exult is a project to recreate Ultima 7 for modern operating systems, using the game’s original plot, data, and graphics files.

Sources are included, and this package is under the GNU public licence, read COPYING.txt file for more information about it. You will need to copy manually orignal Ultimate VII files (see the README.pandora for details)
