Raven’s Gate by MercuryBD is an action-adventure game for Nintendo Entertainment System. This is an entry for NESDev Coding Competition 2022.

In this game, you start your journey as a hero in the Golden Forest and your task is to go through the world slaying enemies, collecting items and helping humans in quests. The game is built on more than 70 rooms to go through with 4 worlds ( Golden Forest , Frosty Mountains, The Boneyard and Raven’s Gate ). You have 3 quests to complete on this journey, slay your enemies and upgrade your items and weapons from shops. This game can be played using an emulator or using a flash cart (Everdrive) on a real NES device.

Tactus by zeta0134 is a rhythm-based dungeon crawler for original NES and FamiCom. Currently, this game is more of a demo, featuring the first planned zone and a variety of enemies.

In this game, you need to explore mysterious ruins, find powerful weapons, and slay to the beat. You can move freely in any direction, but when there are enemies onscreen, everyone moves to the beat of the music. Enemies move into the groove, so learn their patterns and avoid their attacks. When you move towards an enemy, you’ll swing your weapon. Your objective on each floor is to find the ‘Big Key’, then use it to unlock the stairs to the next level. If you clear a room of enemies, you’ll get a chest containing hearts, weapons, or treasure. Should you race for the exit in as few beats as possible, or challenge all enemies and shoot for a high score? The choice is yours!​

Isla Encounter by LL_Productions is a role playing adventure game made with GB Studio.

In this game, you can freely explore the open world to get back the artifacts that have been stolen from your island. These artifacts are scattered across different lands and you need to look deep in every door, talk to people and perform various tasks to find all hidden pieces.

SnapCat by LL_Productions is a Game Boy game made with GB Studio.

In this game, you are tasked with driving through four separate courses and taking photos of cute little cats. Some are hiding in trees, some are taking a swim and some might even be a bit scary. You can use the ‘d-pad’ to move your cursor whenever it’s on screen. You can use the ‘a’ button to interact with things. Once you are in the stage selection, interact with one of the four cars to visit the corresponding course. At the end of the course you will be shown the pictures you took. The little robot in the bottom left corner tells you what kind of cat that is. The arrow lets you see the next or previous picture.​

El Ninja by MOB is a short adventure game made for PICO-8. The status of the game is still in development and maybe we will get an updated version soon.

Not Todays Twins Tower by MOB is a 8-bit style action game made for PICO-8.

The status of the game is still prototype, so maybe we’ll get some upgraded version soon enough. In this game, you play as a flappy bird. You fly through different towers and buildings, avoiding them so you don’t go collide in them. You must control the bird as well, as it suddenly shifts to the ground (like gravity force pulling) if you try to lower him then it’s game over for you!​

My T3TR1S by MOB is a 2D puzzle game made for PICO-8.

In this game you will sort out puzzle pieces, mix and match them, flip them according to the building format and join them with others to gain points. The more you earn a high score, the more you’ll get a chance to win through all levels!​

MoonShmup by Pixel Limited is a short action arcade game made for PICO-8. This game is a remake of the legendary game “Moonpong: The Tales Of Epic Lunacy” by Punkcake Deliceux and Remy Devaux.

This game is a shooter in which you can shoot down enemy spaceships. Many sprites and models in the game are specially drawn as in the original.​

Soko64 by Emanuele Feronato is a 8-bit puzzle game for the Commodore 64. The game idea is based on the famous Sokoban, a game designed in 1981 by Hiroyuki Imabayashi, and first published in December 1982.

The goal of the game is that you have to place all crates over the targets, by pushing them. This C64 version includes 64 tricky levels by David Skinner. All levels are unlocked from the beginning, for you to try them all and the solved levels will be marked with green.

Don’t Get Whacked by robotstubble is a mini-game made with GB Studio.

In this game you play as a funny dragon man who doesn’t want to get whacked by a big mean crocodile guy. The game is entirely luck based. So don’t worry too much about winning or losing.​
