Timeloop by Dr. Ludos is an action game for Atari Lynx. This game is an entry to the Lynx 2020 Programming Competition hosted by AtariGamer.

It is a fun game for the Atari Lynx handheld console where you play future soccer against your past self. You’ll control a blue robot who has to push the green ball into the goal to score points. Move with the D-Pad and press A or B button to Dash. It may sound simple but there is a catch: the whole game plays inside an endlessly repeating time loop. Every 6 seconds, the time loop will reset the game. Your previous avatar will turn red, and it will move exactly like you did during the previous time loop. You will play as another robot, always in blue. Up to 8 robots can play at the same time: your current avatar, and 7 of your previous incarnations. So, in this game you’ll face the ultimate opponent, which is yourself. There is an increasing “score limit” to reach on each time loop to be able to continue the game. It starts easily, but quickly becomes challenging.

Gift Catcher by Dr. Ludos is a homebrew action game made for Atari Lynx. It is a single button game and an entry to the LynXmas 2020 Game Jam hosted by AtariGamer.

Can you help the Santa catch all the gifts without touching the snowflakes? The game is played in vertical mode, using only the A/B buttons. First, Santa will move on top of the screen. Press the button, and he’ll dive down to catch a gift. Now you can press and hold the button again to make him climb back up to the top of the screen. Catch all the gifts, but avoid touching the moving snowflakes. The author has challenged, whether you can beat his score of 24 points?​

Dusk Bunny by Milchreis is an action-arcade game made for PICO-8. This game is developed for the “a game by its cover” Game Jam in November 2022 for the virtual console PICO-8.

It is an endless runner game, in that way you have to run as far as you can but beware of incoming obstacles and jump over to avoid them. You can pickup carrots to get more power to take higher jumps. Moreover each 10th carrot returns you one more life. If you run out of lifes the run is over. Use the up/down arrows or w/s keys to move up or down. The ‘x’ key will make the bunny jump. Press it twice to perform a double jump. The music can be disabled in menu, press start and select “toggle music” to start or stop the music.

The story of the game follows a local TV editor, who has been found murdered. The key piece of evidence to solve the entire case is somewhere in his apartment. Busy Bee by alexhlocke is a retro style arcade game made for the virtual PICO-8 console, released for the 2022 Game Off Game Jam.

In this game, you play as a bee who must work tirelessly to pollinate the environment. Your objective is to collect the most flowers and pollinate as many times as you can without getting disrupted by those annoying pesky birds. You can collect the flowers when they spawn on the ground and then rise to the top of the screen to pollinate and add to your score. The number of birds will increase with your score as well.​

In this game, you play as a rider who is riding through a forest full of trees. Without stopping anywhere, you have to avoid the incoming trees and enemies. You need to shoot the tanks, helicopters and other motorbikes and make your way through them. If you crash and fail during night patrol, you restart at daytime.
