In addition to having a boot logo and a smaller font, the framebuffer will allow for user applications to take advantage of a graphical user interface via MicroWindows or TinyX. In the following shot above, a full-screen logo is shown in the touch screen; however, it is more than likely going to be downsized and combined with text console output.
