It supported to Japanese long file name by the file list. Japanese long path name is unsupported.

JpegPlugin bugfix:The image loops when the page scrolls.

PNGPlugin:When it displays outside cache, it opens again automatically. but very slow. When you display the ‘PictureViewWindow’, It scrolls with the cursor key. It becomes x4speed while pushing A button.
