PCSX-ReARMed is yet another PCSX fork, based on PCSX-Reloaded. It has no relation to PSX4ALL, PSX4Pandora or PCSX4ALL (other than being PCSX derived) and has the source available. The main feature it has is Ari64’s dynarec, modified to suit PCSX. There is a bit of NEON for color space conversion too. The compatibility should be close to the PC version.
Changes:
– added real BIOS support (and various things for it to work)
– fixed various recompiler issues
– added interpreter option (useful to overcome dynarec bugs)
– fixed some memory card related issues with HLE bios
– rewrote frame limiter (old was sometimes sleeping needlessly)

The Battle for Wesnoth is a turn-based strategy game with a fantasy theme.

Choose units from a large pool of specialists, and hand-pick a force with the right strengths to fight well on different terrains against all manner of opposition.

This is a development release, so it is likely to have some issues you would not expect in a stable series. Things are still in motion, many changes are happening and especially translations are incomplete since barely any translation team has started working on this new line. This is intentional since their work would be wasted otherwise if the stuff does still change further. So if you are using a translation of Wesnoth and see some English strings: this is no bug.
If you find any issues with this release, please report them at http://bugs.wesnoth.org.
Some things for you to keep in mind:
* 1.8.x saves are likely not to be compatible with 1.9.x games. This is no bug and you can install both, 1.8.x and 1.9.x in parallel to play them. Eg you will have by far more players on the multiplayer server for 1.8.x than you will find for 1.9.x. On the other hand 1.9.x does feature many great changes, especially seeing all the new terrain graphics in action is really lovely.
* The new download has more than 300MB.
In general Wesnoth is identical on your Pandora and on your normal desktop system. That means that you can of course move savegames between the two and stuff like this. The same applies for multiplayer games with Windows, OSX and Linux users. I hope that you will enjoy this new release.

Pasang is a traditional game from Brunei.
Quote:
In this game, black and white tokens are arranged on a playing board, forming a pattern. There is a catalogue of more than 30 different patterns. Many of these patterns resemble embroideries commonly seen on kain songket or kain tenun, Brunei’s traditional cloth.
Two players take turn capturing these tokens, scoring 1 point for each black token and 2 points for each white one. The game ends when the board is empty, or when a player runs out of moves.
Pasang is commonly played during celebrations of royal weddings and the annual birthday festival of the Sultan of Brunei.
Pasang Emas brings this unique game to your computer.

Metatarsals had his first challenge using the “DS Game Maker”. His choice of game was “Pacman”. It’s a pretty accurate remake with the original gameplay, scoring, bonus score items etc recreated as they were in the original game. The graphics are a revised for a fresh look.

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the games, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed!
Some of the adventures ScummVM supports include Adventure Soft’s Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2; Revolution’s Beneath A Steel Sky, Broken Sword 1 and Broken Sword 2; Flight of the Amazon Queen; Wyrmkeep’s Inherit the Earth; Coktel Vision’s Gobliiins; Westwood Studios’ The Legend of Kyrandia and games based on LucasArts’ SCUMM (Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion) system such as Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max and more. You can find a thorough list with details on which games are supported and how well on the compatibility page. ScummVM is continually improving, so check back often.
General release notes:
CABAL (Coalesced ‘Adventures beyond Architecture’ League) finally came alive, and now for real. Yes, truly, it took us just 6.5 years, and today we are eagerly announcing that a universal adventure game interpreter, playing SCUMM, AGI, and SCI games has been released.
From now on, it is available on ScummVM’s downloads page (Look for version 1.2.0). You may jump straight there, or stay a bit longer and see what cool new features are included.
As you have probably already realized, this release has support for SCI, and moreover, the list of compatible games goes beyond the original FreeSCI which was merged about 1.5 years ago. We support Conquests of Camelot/the Longbow, Castle/Island of Dr. Brain, Codename: ICEMAN, EcoQuest 1&2, all four Hoyle games, Freddy Pharkas, Jones in the Fast Lane, King’s Quest I-VI, both Laura Bow games, Larry up to 6 (low-res 6 only), Police Quest 1-3, Quest for Glory I-III, Space Quest up to V and a few others. Incredible work by the FreeSCI team and our own SCI engine team!
Early SCI 16-color games can be optionally undithered by ScummVM, making them look much better. To see a comparison between undithered graphics and the original, watch this video produced by one of our SCI engine developers and see for yourself.
Besides SCI, we have added support for yet another Coktel Vision game called Fascination and we have a number of new ports: Android, Dingux, Caanoo and OpenPandora. Unfortunately we had to declare the PalmOS port officially dead.
As usual there are tons of engine-specific bug fixes. Take a look at the release notes if you want to know more. But wait! We would like to tell a little bit about another long-awaited feature new in this release. After all these years we are finally going international, and the ScummVM GUI can be translated into any language (well, almost any). Right now we have Catalan, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian localizations. Besides this there are a lot of smaller improvements like tooltips, radio buttons, improved usability and we support more games running from original media without the need to shuffle the game files.
Enough talking! Now it is time to download ScummVM and start playing!

GMenu2X is a very very good alternative frontend for the GP2x/Wiz/Caanoo. It supports overclocking, sound volume setting, touchscreen, etc.
GMenu2X allows you to create direct links for your games & applications so that you can directly launch them without having to browse through all the filesystem manually, resulting in a better user experience.
Changes:
– Wiz and Caanoo support implemented (including battery readings and overclocking)
– Completely rewritten font code: fonts are now standard truetype fonts with a 1px outline.
– Skins can specify a custom font, change its size and the color of the outline and of the font itself.
– Completely rewritten input system: the screen is redrawn only when it needs to be updated, idling when there is no input by the user.
– Additional system informations displayed in the about dialog
– Cpu clock increments by steps of ten
– File selectors from the “edit link” menu now start browsing from the link directory
– Reduced size of the binary
– Lots of bug fixes
This release offers caanoo users the ability to return automatically to gmenu2x after exiting from launched apps/games despite the broken autorun implementation.
The exit link is not available at this time, since I still need to find a good solution, but booting back to the default menu is as simple as rebooting with the sd card pulled out of the console.
For users upgrading from earlier versions I recommend starting from scratch and eventually copying over only the links from the old installation.

SDL MAME Wii is an Arcade Emulator based on SDLMAME. Many games for early arcade boards can be played with varying amounts of success.
Changes:
– Compiled with libogc 1.8.6, USB loading should be faster now if you have IOS58
– Changed video code around. Most games get a speedup or remain the same from this, but at least one (frogger) is slower for some reason.
– Widescreen support
– Fixed some games giving duplication errors and causing the emulator to exit
