Tux Football is a great 2D soccer (sometimes called football) game for Windows and Linux. It’s bringing old style gameplay from DOS times back to the desktop with up to date graphics! It’s gameplay is similar to old classics such as Amco’s Kick Off and Sensible Software’s Sensible Soccer.
The gameplay is designed to be quick, responsive and fun. You are always in control of the player closest to the ball. The ball is controled via two differentn kick buttons – one for pass, and one for shoot. Aftertouch can be applied to shots by quickly pressing and holding the direction you want the ball to bend towards. Pushing in the opposite direction to what you kicked the ball makes it raise into the air, pushing in the same direction as the ball makes it dip towards the ground.
Hex-a-Hop is a hexagonal tile-based puzzle game with one simple goal: destroy all green tiles! There are infinite undos and no time limits — you just have to find a way to destroy all the green tiles and step on a safe tile at the end.
Gweled is a clone of the popular Bejeweled puzzle game, and comes complete with music and sound effects (and controls to turn them off). It has both timed and untimed play modes, tracks your highest score, and will save and restore your game if you have to take a break for less important activities like sleeping and eating.
Alarm Clock is a small alarm panel applet. It supports sound fading, scheduled alarms, snooze option, passive window reminders, exception lists for scheduled alarms, exporting alarms and much more!
Formido is one of those games, where you are loaded with some guns and you go shooting different things. ‘Things’ in this case are big, ugly, – not green though – alien insects. The idea is to kill as many of those bastards as possible. Eventually they will overcome you, but struggle as long as you can. There are some power-ups to aid you in your honorable quest. Keep in mind, that those critters are rather tough and generally do nasty things when in close range of any player-characters.

Globulation 2 brings a new type of gameplay to RTS games. The player chooses the number of units to assign to various tasks, and the units do their best to satisfy the requests. This allows players to manage more units and focus on strategy rather than on micro-management. Globulation 2 also features AI, allowing single-player games or any possible combination of human-computer teams. The game also includes a scripting language for versatile gameplay or tutorials and an integrated map editor. You can play Globulation 2 in single player mode, through your local network, or over the Internet with Ysagoon Online Gaming (or YOG for short).
