Franxis and team updated their MAME port for GP2x. MAME is a “multiple arcade machine emulator”.

– Several optimizations in the FM cores and the sound mixer.
– Jarek YM2151 core replaced by Tatsuyuki’s one (less accurate but faster).
– Maximum frameskip in auto mode set to 7 (to be able to play correctly the heaviest games).

iWeather uses the weather feed from yahoo (or weather.com). When you run iWeather, you need to connect to the internet. Same for the Settings.exe.

Valryon has updated his Shoot’em Up game for Nintendo DS.

Changes:

– Two levels, three bosses, two graphical modes
– Three weapons, each with 3 improvements
– Some sounds (rather deafening)
– A menu, a GUI
– Code resurfaced, constant use of data to a file share that are then used in the engine of the game a little optimization -> enemies by up to 80 levels!
