nop90 has been testing his libSDL port against the NeoPop SDL source code. You can now enjoy Neo Geo Pocket and Neo Geo Pocket Color games on your Nintendo 3DS.
Release notes:
* Added a basic rom loading interface on startup (changing rom needs exiting and restarting the emulator)
* Added fullscreen toggling
