iDialer is a finger-friendly dial pad for Windows Mobile PocketPC phones.

Changes:

Fixed Google Voice double-callback issue
Allowed both lowercase and uppercase “P” and “W” as valid digits
Forced 911 calls to always use built-in dialer
Updated “name” on outgoing calls with no name to match the number
Added “command line” service type, with easy support for PortSIP
