WiFi discovery tool (like Hitchhiker or WiFi companion).
Changes:
+ Replaced ugly “Scanning” control with propper network list (still no ability to connect selected network – coming soon)
+ Stability improvements (separated dangerous lower level API calls into their own sandbox)
+ UI checked to look more or less ok on wide screens and in landscape mode (at least it will scroll)
+ Minor UI improvements
