PSPlay v0.3 (PSP Lua Application)

PSPlay- formerly “Guitar” has been updated. It’s a guitar simulation application.

Release notes:

Added some minor bug fixes, revised the code and…. oh yeah…. ADDED FLAT CHORDS/NOTES!!!! Now you can play from E -> E (octave up).
