Time Baby is a World Time Clock for PSP by Art.

– Added support for GMT plus and minus twelve hour time zones within the twelve hour time zone.
– World time display digits have transparent backgrounds when using the colour or grayscale maps.
– Added screen capture feature.
– Various improvements and fixes.
