Joerg Jahnke has released an updated version of JMEBoy. JMEBoy is a Java-based Gameboy and Gameboy Color emulator for mobile devices. If you want to play Gameboy games on your mobile phone you should try this emulator.

The binaries of the final releases for JMEBoy 1.2.6 and JSwingBoy 1.2.6 have been added for download. These releases are built from the code of SVN revision 229.These releases include a fix for the joypad emulation. Additionally the JME version is now able to use an in-built accelerometer for automatic screen rotation and for joypad input emulation.Please take a look at the release notes for more information on the changes. Choose the emulator download according to the desired target platform:- JMEBoy runs on Java-enabled (MIDP 2.0) mobile devices.- AndroidBoy is for Android-based mobile devices but is now discontinued.- JSwingBoy runs on PCs with a JDK/JRE5 or later installed.
