ColEm v2.6.8 (Coleco Vision emu for Android)

Marat Fayzullin ported his very own Coleco Vision emulator ColEm for Android devices.

Changes:

* Fixed loading of files with spaces in their names.
* MIDI recordings are now named after original program files.
* Fixed audio latency controls. Try setting your latency to 100ms.
* Fixed MIDI soundtrack logging.
* Reduced minimal audio latency.
