ColEm v3.6 (Coleco Vision emu for Android)

Marat Fayzullin updated his Coleco Vision emulator ColEm for Android devices.

Changes:

* Released free ColEm 3.6 for Windows and Linux.
* Fixed Freeze/Restore dialog crashes (reported on IUNI devices).
* Fixed disappearing FAB button.
