Wolf3Dingoo (Dingoo Linux Engine Port)

Wolf3Dingoo is a port of Wolf4SDL (Wolfenstein 3D SDL Port), which is an engine port, which can be used to play Wolfenstein 3D.

Because Wolfenstein 3D is showing swastika’s during ingame, we can not provide any links as it would be against german law. In particular it would be against paragraph 86 StGB “Verbreiten von Propagandamitteln verfassungswidriger Organisationen”.

Allthough this is just an engine port of Wolfenstein 3D, the game itself is still indexed in Germany, where our server is hosted. The local law (even if it does not make sense for some of you) simply doesn’t allow us providing any link.

Thanks for your understanding.

Open SRAM Language Modifier v4 (Wii Application)

This is an application to toggle SRAM settings such as the mono/stereo setting and the language used by GameCube games and the system IPL. The goal of this app is to make PAL GameCube games run on a NTSC GameCube/Wii with the desired language, because all PAL games will play in english on a NSTC environment.

This is a clone of emu_kidid’s SRAM Language Modifier v1.1. It has the same features except the SRAM HEX viewer (planned for the next version).

Changes:

Added warning message for wii’s disk channel launching.
Fixed some issues when printing the language names on screen.

Scummvm v1.0.0 (Preview 2) (Wiz misc)

ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the games, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed!

Some of the adventures ScummVM supports include Adventure Soft’s Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2; Revolution’s Beneath A Steel Sky, Broken Sword 1 and Broken Sword 2; Flight of the Amazon Queen; Wyrmkeep’s Inherit the Earth; Coktel Vision’s Gobliiins; Westwood Studios’ The Legend of Kyrandia and games based on LucasArts’ SCUMM (Script Creation Utility for Maniac Mansion) system such as Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max and more. You can find a thorough list with details on which games are supported and how well on the compatibility page. ScummVM is continually improving, so check back often.

Changes:

GP2X Wiz: The biggest new feature is the addition of downscaling support using an optimised ARM assembly routine. This means the Wiz release now features support for the 64*4xx games such as Discworld 2, The Curse of Monkey Island etc. – It should also be mentioned that this seems to work well (better then I expected as I am not a fan of downscaling). Lots of my testers reported that the high resolution games are often extremely playable and look very nice on the Wiz’s OLED screen.

There has also been substantial code clean up and fixes since the preview 1 release.

Changes:

GP2X: Lots of code cleanup and a few tweaks to lower memory usage. Disabling “Aspect Ratio Correction” now also works as expected rather then stretching the screen.
