PicoDrive v1.80 (Genesis emu for GP2x)

PicoDrive is Megadrive / Genesis / Sega CD / Mega CD / 32X / SMS emulator.

Changes:

*Added Caanoo support. Now the GP2X binary supports GP2X F100/F200, Wiz
and Caanoo. Lots of internal refactoring to support this.
*Enabled 32X and SMS code. It’s still unfinished but better release something
now than wait even more (it has been in development for more then a year now
due to various other projects or simply lack of time).
*GP2X: Added basic line-doubling vertical scaling option.
*Changed the way keys are bound, no need to unbind old one any more.
*Handle MP3s with ID3 tags better (some MP3s with ID3 did not lay).
*Improved shadow/hilight color levels.
*Fixed broken cheat support.
*Internal refactoring for 32x/SMS support.
*Move mapper database to external file.
*Added preliminary SMS emulation.
*Added emulation of 32x peripherals including VDP. More work is needed here.
*ARM: Added new SH2 recompiler for 32x. Some unification with SVP one.

Yabause Wii UO v0.9.10 (Beta 12) (Saturn emu for Wii)

Yabause Wii is a Sega Saturn emulator for Wii and is the first of its kind as emulating the complex processes of the Sega Saturn is much harder then it looks and now even harder to run it on the limited hardware of the Wii.

Changes:

add some previous unhandled commands of vdp2
use optimization options of compiler (a little fast)
use inline assemblies more in functions used in RBG0 and RBG1 (a little fast but not accurate)
some minor fixes and changes

Gravitii v0.1 (Wii Game)

Gravitii is a puzzle game with a simple objective. All you have to do is shoot the ball at the target. The only problem is there are planets in the way. You must use the gravitii of the planets to curve your ball and hit the target, but be careful becuase every planet’s gravity level is different, and some don’t have any gravity at all.

Wizznic v0.9.1 (Feedback Version) (Wiz Game)

Wizznic is an implementation of the arcade-classic Puzznic, written for the GP2x Wiz, Linux and Windows. All Puzznic levels are removed from the main pack, and there are now 82 levels, most which are totally new and finally there’s music!

Changes:

Changed Wiz default clock to 500 mhz instead of 400 to improve performance.
When completing a pack, PACKNAME/finished.png is loaded and shown instead of wall-o-text.
However, another wall-o-text is shown if there is no finished.png in the pack.
Moved some levels around, removed some levels. 80 levels total.
Added optional WxH argument to tools/updatelevelpreviews.sh to generate images of given size,
while not useful in the game, they are useful for sorting levels (using an image-viewing app to browse them)
“Commercial” for the pack function. in the start of some levels.
Level editor now reads and writes all level properties, including optional ones.
Updated readme.
Updated data/empty.wzp so it contains all level properties, and comments explaining their function and usage.
Added another intro level to teleports, added intro-images to those levels.
Updated the cursor in the NES pack.
Removed “template” pack, it does nothing that the main pack does not show allready.
Fixed music changing in intermediate screens (“Level Stats” and “Entering Level”).
Fixed crash that could happen when entering highscores.
Updated ports list (gee, someone ported it to a phone, neat..)
Updated changelog and decided to use X.Y.Z versioning.
Program now calls SDL_Quit() on exit (resets screen-resolution if in fullscreen)
tools/releaser.sh now generates the src package witout src-graphics, instead it generates a srcgfx tarball seperately.
moved the unused theme graphics into src graphics..

Uplink PSP (17-09-2010) (PSP Lua Game)

Uplink for PSP is a Homebrew game for Sony PlayStation Portable. The game was entirely designed in LUA, and it uses Homemister’s LuaPlayerHm (version 7 Release Candidate 1).

The gameplay, graphics and sounds are based on Uplink: Hacker Elite PC Game (written by Chris Delay).

The scenario is pretty simple: ‘You are a hacker looking for fame. That’s the reason why you register at Uplink. As an agent, you will have to work for worldwide companies and people to achieve some unworthy tasks: break into security systems, steal sensible data, falsify records…’
