ctrmus is a music player for the Nintendo 3DS. For now it plays PCM WAV, AIFF, FLAC, Opus and MP3 files. Due to limitations in ctrulib, only ASCII characters are displayed correctly. Other characters will appear garbled, but functionality is not affected.

Changes:

* Fixed an issue whereby Opus files would be played at the sampling rate of the original file that was converted to Opus rather than at 48000Hz which is what all Opus files use.
* Added support for Flac data in Ogg container.
* Updated submodules.

OpenTyrian is a port of the DOS shoot-em-up Tyrian. Tyrian is an arcade-style vertical scrolling shooter. The story is set in 20,031 where you play as Trent Hawkins, a skilled fighter-pilot employed to fight Microsol and save the galaxy. This port is done by nop90.

bayleef updated Lemmings 3DS for the Nintendo 3DS, which is a clone of Lemmings for DOS. Fill the subfolders of /lemmings folder with data from DOS Lemmings (see README.txt files in these subfolders). These files are not included in the archive since they are protected by copyright law. In order to run the software, at least one subfolder must be filled. You may fill any combination of subfolders, depending on the Lemmings games you own.

Way before Lara Croft, back in the 1980’s and early 1990’s, Rick Dangerous was the Indiana Jones of computer games, running away from rolling rocks, avoiding traps, from South America to a futuristic missile base via Egypt and the Schwarzendumpf castle. xRick is a clone of Rick Dangerous, known to run on Linux, Windows, BeOs, Amiga, QNX and plenty of other platforms! Ported to Nintendo 3DS by nop90.

PanPlayer2 is a multimedia player for Pandora consisting of an optimized and configured build of MPlayer launched using PickleLauncher by Pickle.

Virtual Jaguar is a portable Atari Jaguar emulator which is based on the source code released by David Raingeard (Cal2) of what used to be Potato Emulation. Currently all the major subsystems found in a real Jaguar are emulated to some degree. There are of course some problems remaining. Ported to Pandora by ptitSeb.

Intrepid Izzy by Senile Team is yet another Dreamcast game in development. It’s an action adventure game featuring a wonderful mix of classic and modern gaming. Explore a colorful and imaginative world as the lovable, witty and above all intrepid Izzy.

A few days ago we posted a silhouette of our new game’s protagonist. Now, it is time for the big reveal!

Our newest project is called “Intrepid Izzy”, and it is is a 2D action adventure platformer (or “metroidvania”). Mixing platforming with beat-’em-up and RPG elements, the titular character must jump, fight and puzzle her way through various imaginative, colorful worlds.

A lot of time and attention was spent on developing the visual style of the game. The crisp and cartoony HD graphics come to life thanks to bright, warm colors and smooth animations.

The game is being developed on PC (Windows), and a Dreamcast version is also in the works (though obviously not in HD). Additional platforms are also being looked into.
