SNES4iPhone is already a huge success, even before its public release!
Here’s a video of snes4iphone beta v0.4.1 submitted by atticus of the ZodTTD.com forums: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmJSvzyInHI
SNES4iPhone is being worked on more as we speak. Performance will increase, the tricky part will be to maintain or improve compatibility. In v0.4.1 the addition of landscape mode is included and the GUI has been replaced with a more familiar look.
The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for the public version of SNES4iPhone is about a week or less.

The guys at cre.ations.net posted an interesting article about the recent 1.1.3 Firmware for iPhone’s.
Read on:
So I’ve had the chance to examine the 1.1.3 firmware on a deeper level (using a technique not developed by me and which I can’t release so don’t ask) and have noticed some interesting changes behind the scenes that are quite blogworthy:
– SpringBoard no longer needs to be modified (via SummerBoard) in order to show extra applications in the /Applications folder.
– All applications now run as the user ‘mobile’ instead of as root.
– Preferences are now stored in /var/mobile rather than in /var/root.
What does this all mean? I’ll tell you what it means.
The iPhone 1.1.3 firmware is ready for official installable applications.

Robota Softwarehouse updated their version/port of “Go”.
Release notes:
We had a lot of email from people claiming they have ‘fatty’ fingers and cannot play the 19 x 19 board. Many suggestions have been given to improve the placing of the pieces on the tiny board (thanks!). After experimenting we have chosen to implement the zoom/scroll function and a quick way to undo the last move (including the opponents move). Last but not least the game supports stepping through a loaded game.
About 2% of application is paid so please don’t forget to donate if you like the game!
