Kobo Deluxe v0.5.1 (Dingoo Linux Game Port)

50m30n3 ported Kobo Deluxe to Dingux.

Kobo Deluxe is an enhanced version of Akira Higuchi’s game XKobo for Un*x systems with X11. Kobo Deluxe adds sound, smoother animation, high resolution support, OpenGL acceleration (optional), an intuitive menu driven user interface, joystick support and other features. Recent versions also add a number of alternative skill levels with slightly modernized gameplay. Kobo Deluxe uses SDL for graphics, sound and input, which makes it possible to build and run the game on pretty much anything. [Description from it’s official page at http://olofson.net/kobodl/ ]

XRickOO v1.0 (Dingoo Game)

xRick is a clone of Rick Dangerous.

Way before Lara Croft, back in the 1980’s and early 1990’s, Rick Dangerous was the Indiana Jones of computer games, running away from rolling rocks, avoiding traps, from South America to a futuristic missile base via Egypt and the Schwarzendumpf castle.

xRick is a NATIVE port to Dingoo, which does not require Dingoo Linux (Dingux), by alekmaul.

Thanks to cid2mizard for the news (and sorry for the 3 day delay :).

Powder (27-07-2009) (Dingoo Linux Game Port)

POWDER is a roguelike game, which is not a port of an existing roguelike. It is built around replayability and long term ergonomics, not short term learning. Author of this piece of software is Jeff Lait.

Jeff’s page: http://www.zincland.com/powder/index.php?pagename=about

zear gave it a go for Dingux, but there are issues with the resolution (too small) and input (no button mapping). Besides that the game was playable.
