Nick Henry updated the user interface of GPFCE, an Nintendo Entertainment System emulator for the GP2x. The updates to the user interface are the only changes.
GLBasic.com and gp2x.de have a small nice coding competition for you – ending on March 25th.
All you have to do is code a game for the GP2x in GLBasic. But it needs to support the touchscreen of the F200!
You don’t need to own a GP2x or GLBasic – the DEMO version totally suffices for this purpose. There is no need to purchase or upgrade in order to participate. You can code and test you stuff on your PC with it.

Chess2x is a chess program using GNUchess as its engine.

Albion is a computer role-playing game originally released by Blue Byte Software in 1995.

Airstrike is a 2D dogfighting game being slowly developed by various people around the net. It is not yet playable although there is an old version which may be a bit fun to try.
The source code and the 3D models are released under the GPL licence.

Menu works better
You can change controls and save them. If saved, they are automaticllay loaded next time you start.
When game starts, sound is set to 50%.
You can in/de-crease sound with GP2X Vol keys.
wxWidgets is a cross-platform GUI toolkit under LGPL, which is used by more and more applications. This build is based upon Orkie’s X server and X11 libraries by ParkyDr. Both are required if you want your GUI to appear.
