I made this game for the GBAX GP2X Coding Competition 06, but now I have created a Dreamcast-version as well. Vanguard Wars is a fast-paced arcadegame in which you must control your spaceship and defeat numerous enemies and bosses. There are three game modes : Endless, Arcade and Survival, four levels, four bosses and five weapons. Vanguard Wars has colorfull backgrounds and loads of explosions as well as suitingmusic. As before : There is no image-files yet, since I cannot create them. (A Linux-version of Bootdreams would be great). If you use Bootdreams you can create an imagefile easily. It can be found here : http://www.consolevision.com/members/fackue/

This it the first PSP Lua game by Grimfate126 called”Find That Gold”. It’s not very addictive and very simple, but you can give it a go. Here are the original gameplay instructions:
HOW TO PLAY:you are the pink square (pathetic huh?). SOMEWHERE on the board, there is a gold”square”. you move you guy around the board with the d-pad. once you think you are NEAR the gold square, (you can be 50 pixels off) and you press x, either 1 of 2 things will happen:1. Nothing, this means that you guessed wrong.2. it will say,”You Found The Gold!!”, then it will tell you how many tries ittook you to get the gold, and then it will give you a verdict.

Image provided by: HardHatHardHat released his port of Open Gladiator for the PSP. Open Gladiator is a Gauntlet-style game.
Well, I think that there is some interest in RPGs on the PSP. But while we wait for a from-scratch RPG, I thought I’d surf around and find a finished one to port over. Well, here is my first release of the OpenGladiator RPG which was formerly a commercial game, and in the last four years has become a credible GPLed game for SDL.
The PSP version is compatible with the PC game saves, and you can do almost anything in the PSP port except type in custom names for characters/game saves. Try it out and tell me what you think.
