Another update by FluBBa. Now it’s an updated version of PCE Advance. You can get the file from his homepage.http://hem.passagen.se/flubba/gba.html
FluBBa did it again. Another version of PocketNES. Changes:
V9.8 – 2003-09-23 (FluBBa)Optimized VRAM writes.Fixed menu when used as PogoNES.Fixed dark line.
A small update to the rules. I got a few questions about using external files. As long as you use them for highscore or savegame saving it’s perfectly okay and will not count to the 256kb limit (games only). For GP32 I allow only non overclocked entries. That means, no FXE should run faster than 133 MHZ.http://www.pdroms.de/pdrc1-rules.php
Just 10 minutes ago I had a look on the Minigame Coding Competition 2003 homepage and noticed a couple of new Atari 2600 games there. In detail:* SCSIcide by Joe Grand (4k game)* Jammed by Thomas Jentzsch (4k game)* Climber 5 by Dennis Debro (4k game)* Space Treat Deluxe by Fabrizio Zavagli (4k game)* Skeleton+ by Eric Ball (4k game)* QB by Andrew Davie (4k game)* Oystron by Piero Cavina (4k game)* JoustPong 1K by Kirk Israel (1k game)A few games were allready seen in the public, but changed or optimized for this competition in most cases.http://starbase.globalpc.net/minigame/

A new game with a nice background idea is”Target: Mainframe”. Here are a few lines from GBAdev…
You play the part of Linus Torvalds in an attempt to bring Linux to Microsoft. You’ve broken into the Microsoft headquarters and now all you have to do is find the mainframe computer and upload a worm which will install linux on and computer on the network. The mainframe however is hidden, Find it and help Linus complete his mission!
