Colors (Final) (Fix 2) (NDS Game)

NightFox has released a bugfixed final of his puzzle game Colors. It plays similar to Columns, where you need to bring three identical colored gems, into a vertical or horizontal row, to let them disappear.

Release notes:

Hi!

I just fixed another “bug?” reported by users with slow SD cards. Game freezes when they exit from Options Screens. This is because music is playing (mp3 Stream) and at exit of options screen data will be saved to a file. Sometimes, rarely, this causes DS freezes, because a mp3 player is reading a block from fat and at same time, options screen is triyin to write one. I fixed it pausing while Options Screen is saving data to fat then unpausing it. Now you will notice a little pause on music when you exit Options Screen.
Added also a new game icon, updated credits and a “Loading files” counter.

Thats all

Please, report any unknow bug to me to can fix it

P.D. It’s fun try to fix bugs caused by linkers…. XD

Wii Disc Dumper v1.2 (Wii Application)

nitrotux has released Wii Disc Dumper. This is the first Wii-mode disc dumper (source included) that dumps to the Wii’s front-SD. A SD gecko is not required at all.

News Source: http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_wii-disc-dumper-v1-2-by-nitrotux_1060690

Update 22.07.2008 @ 03:22:
A so called homebrew and gaming page ( http://www.dcemu.co.uk/piracy-raising-its-head-again-122803.html ) is having problems that we were posting about this Disc Dumper, but not beeing better by posting CFW’s or PSP UMD Dumper tools. All our visitors should know what we think about piracy and that we don’t support it. This Disc Dumper tool is fully legit and it might become illegal depending on the downloaders use. If you bought a game, you should have the right to backup it. This has nothing to do with piracy – and this is probably the exactly same reason why DCEMU posted about PSP UMD Dumpers & Co severall times before.

Basilisk II (Test 20) (MacOS emu for PSP)

Basilisk II is an Open Source 68k Macintosh emulator.

Release notes from J.F.:

Okay people, we’re really getting down to the nitty-gritty… the goalpost is in sight. I’m tempted to consider this RC1.

Here’s test 20. MAJOR changes:

The floating point has been SUBSTANTIALLY rewritten. I’ve incorporated SoftFloat into the FPU emulation to get extended precision floating point. I’ve also added most of the FPU functionality that’s usually only present in B2 when using x86 assembly. The only compromise left is the transcendental functions are still done in double precision. I seem to have cured most of the FPU problems – the scrollbars in OS8.x work, Arashi and Maelstrom play properly, the calculator gives proper answers… I’d appreciate it if people really checked this as well as they can. This was a BIG rewrite of B2 code (for the FPU). This code should also be portable, so it could help folks trying to port B2 to other platforms as well. Given the rewrite in the FPU and other more minor changes to the B2 code that AREN’T platform specific, I’ve decided to bump the B2 version from 1.0 to 1.1.

The Mac would hang on RESTART, and I don’t feel like chasing that bug down, so I altered B2 to shut down on restart instead of trying to restart. So instead of the PSP hanging and people screaming about that, now they’ll just whine about the emulator shutting down instead of restarting. 🙂

Fixed some other minor bugs, but spent so much time on the FPU that I don’t remember them anymore. 😀

I still haven’t heard any feedback on the IR keyboard support. I’d appreciate it.
