GPLynx v0.4 (Atari Lynx emu for GP32)

GPLynx is an Atari Lynx emulator for the GP32 by tuskenraider2k. The code is basedon another emulator called”Handy”. Changes:

    EBOOT Loader v0.7 (PSP Application)

    This is a tool to run homebrew EBOOT programs on your v2.0 PSP. It will not run on any other firmware version. It’s very much work in progress, but can load quite a lot of existing EBOOTs. Changes:

  • Implement simple internal memory manager, hooked onto firmware memory management, to boost memory pool available to applications.
  • Hook thread allocation and exit, to allow for clean return to the loader from applications that support an Exit option.
  • Improve code signature algorithm to distinguish between similar EBOOTs (fixes mis-identification of Casino Addict as SMS emulator).
  • Added overclocking option : use left and right trigger buttons when choosing file to change CPU speed.
  • Add NID resolution for Sircs function : enables PSP IR Remote function.
  • Add USB stubs to user-mode LUA, and better debug info in case of script errors.
  • Added left and right DPAD support in file-chooser, to go to the start and end of the list
  • Now supports more than 20 files in a directory
  • Found pathname hack to run PSP Rhythm Composer.
  • Improved cache flushing, should improve reliability
  • Added safeguard to prevent PSPSet from being run and bricking 2.0.

    The Minigame Project v1.5f (GP32 Fenix Games)

    Quiest has updated”The Minigame Project”. It’s a collection of plenty of minigames made in Fenix. Four new games come with this release:

  • Fruity Guy
  • Cannonball Paddler
  • Space Ball
  • Bubbles32
  • Changes compared to the previous version:

    Overall:

  • New icon for the fxe
  • Changed splash screen
  • Added pause function to all minigames, except for Tunnel (because it is not made by me) and Target Slide (doesn`t need to pause)

    Menu:

  • Changed background
  • Rearranged the menu pictures, so no empty pics get showed
  • Autosave option: There is an option to turn autosave on/off to save writecycles of your smc.
  • Manual saving: Press START at the menu to save all new scores if you have the autosave option switched to”off”.
  • New icon for Marios Combo Bounce.

    Bloody Bumblebee:

  • Spike Indikator: There is now a little arrow that shows where a spike will pop out.

    Mini Slug:

  • Balance change: Time bonus changed again to appear more often…
  • Changed background music because the file was to big.

    Extender:

  • Different hud: Text is now vertical, and the time display has moved to the top of the screen.
  • There is now a counter that shows how big the last combo was.
  • The blue bonus items have been removed for now to have a little speed increase.

    Tslide:

  • Fixed the bug that made the slide sliding in weird directions when aiming at certain angles

    Shmupster

  • The enemies can be slower.
  • The game starts with for enemies onscreen.
  • Removed the red bonus dots to gain speed.

    Jitter (23-10-2005) (A2600 Game)

    seemo has updated his game”Jitter. Concept: There’s a matrix of symbols, and you have to move the joystick or press fire, according to the current symbol (colored with red). If you do the right action, you’ll skip to the next symbol in the matrix, until the matrix is over or an empty cell is encountered : when this happens, you get a score based on the length of the sequence you completed. (for more details, see attached instructions). Changes:

  • ‘animated’ symbols
  • pause between sequences is longer for fragment/so far modes
