The very own VCS demo competition at Sillyventure 2011 brought another VCS demo to daylight. ISO by JAC!/WUDSN. Enjoy!
Tjoppen was not the only one to release demos at Sillyventure 2011. Sphaera Stellarum by noice is another fine A2600 demo which should not be missed.
What can be better than starting into the new week with a nice Atari VCS production by Tjoppen. Minute and a Bit is a 8k demo released at Sillyventure 2011.
Frantic by SpiceWare is a game for Atari 2600/VCS inspired by Berzerk. Basically you have to kill everything that moves.
Changes:
Here’s the last planned update until next year! Besides the afore mentioned special room objects, there’s also updated humanoid and explosion graphics. The Harmony ROMs now crash Stella, so download the _stella_ version if you’re playing in the emulator.

atari2600land has updated his single and two player simultaneous play variant of a very well known Russian block game.
Release notes:
Bug fix for B mode. Also, I changed the way the block looks for being able to go down or not. This results in the block not flashing a lot when it sets into place. This also means that there’s less time to figure out if you want to move it or not. Let me know if there’s any bugs or it doesn’t work on a Harmony or anything else.

Candy Catcher is a rather simple game. Catch candies but avoid robots who try to hit you!
atari2600land has possibly created the first ever 1k sized bBasic game in history.
Catch bananas with Mr. Zyx’s mouth. Get 10 points for every banana (read: yellow line) you catch (read: eat.) If you miss a line, no more bananas will fall from the screen so you would have to reset the game.

atari2600land has updated his single and two player simultaneous play variant of a very well known Russian block game.
Release notes:
Hi all. There was a bug about getting 100 or more lines and affected the playfield. I think i fixed it. I also went ahead and made it so before you get a line cleared it goes much quicker. As usual, tell me if there’s any bugs.

atari2600land has updated his single and two player simultaneous play variant of a very well known Russian block game.
Release notes:
Hi all, apparently the score was all wacked out in two-player mode when player two got a line or more. I fixed that. Tell me if you run into any bugs in this version, especially the two player mode.

Epic Adventure by Byte Knight is an entirely new Adventure game built from the ground-up featuring 32 rooms / mazes with all-new items and enemies (see picture below). It’s kind of a mixture of Adventure and Lord of the Rings. The goal of the game is “the usual” – get the golden chalice back to your home castle. But first, you must kill the Dragon in order for the chalice to appear in one of three places – the Wizard’s Castle, the Dragon’s Castle, or the Troll’s Cave.
Release notes:
I finally got around to doing an AV mod to my 2600 Jr., and so I was able to test the game out on my Harmony cart. One thing that became evident on the Harmony cart and not in emulation was “screen shake” with object collisions. RevEng has helped minimize this. Here’s the latest release, and probably the last release before it goes to cart.
