gpSPhone is a GBA emulator based ZodTTD’s port of gpSP to the GP2X. gpSP is a great GBA emulator written by the talented Exophase. ZodTTD ported it to the GP2X, and added an (iPhone/iTouch compatible) dynarec. By using this coding technique, fullspeed performance of GBA is obtained on the iPhone/iTouch.
Release notes:
Games should run much faster/smoother due to my improvements to the dynarec, and savestates have been introduced. You can now save your progress at any point and resume it later. Due to performance increases and some tweaking of the buffer sizes, the sound has got a bit better. Sound still has syncing issues. Frameskip is selectable as 1-4 and Auto-frameskip.
Quick answers to questions of people having installation issues:
gba_bios.bin IS required at /Applications/gpSPhone.app/gba_bios.bin
The file “gpSPhone” must have permissions set to 755 or 777 (eXecutable permissions).
Installation instructions are included in the zip as readme_gpSPhone.txt
Please donate if you like this software and wish for it to improve.
Thanks everyone for your support!
Changes:
– Improved sound quality & buffering
– Improved dynarec performance
– Added support for savestates
– Better frameskip support.
Thanks to ZodTTD himself for the news!

DScratch is the first module (or “protein”) made using Protein engine – it’s a little audio manipulation software running on DS which ables you to play with an existing .wav file or recorded audio sample; you can pitch it, scratch it, rewind, mute and apply effects on it. Moreover, DScratch sends MIDI through wifi connection, which ables you to control external applications, like VJing software.

atari2600land is still working on his Qix style Atari 2600 conversion.
Release notes:
If I made the playfield 200 pfblocks, then I could just divide the # of pfblocks filled in by 2 to get a %. This is what I did in this next version. Also, the automatic line stops once you reach a playfield block, whether it be the border or not and adds the %age to the score (the 5th figure should be a ‘%’, I just haven’t gotten around to making it yet.

Bee Ball is a volleyball type game, but the difference matters. You and your CPU player are bees and of course you don’t push around any ordinary volleyball, no it’s a honeyball!
This version fixes a graphical glitch, introduced in yesterdays update.

Dicewars DS is a multiplayer version of a popular Flash based strategy game Dicewars for Nintendo DS handheld console. Your task is to conquer the whole game field by rolling dice. Each turn you may attack any opponent’s territory from one of your adjacent territories as long as your territory has more than one die on it. When attacking, If you roll more than the defender, you win. At the end of each turn, the greatest number of adjoining territories you have is calculated, and you are awarded a bonus of that number of dice, which are placed randomly on your territory.
This is a debug version and not consided as being stable, use at own risk.

GoSub2, the successor of GoSub has been updated… Build 53 is out!
Release notes:
Added levels 22-24. I think I’ll work on a Street-Racer-type minigame soon so the monotony of level designing doesn’t wear on me.

Wizlon has updated his NDS application Tabbed, which is a guitar chord finder for NDS.
Release notes:
I really hope I’m not going to dissapoint people here because this version is rather sparse. The main feature I’ve added is the options screen which contains a selection of fonts, backgrounds and the requested “lefty” mode, which turns all the chords on their heads. I hope its useful. You’ll also notice that any options selected will be saved when you turn your DS back on, (thats save support kyle), which should come in useful. I’ve also left in a very early vesion of the edit screen, in it you can edit the text in files, you can’t save them just yet, just edit them, so basically it’s pretty useless. At least I’ve done something eh? Till next time.
