Battlejewels is simple to pick up — just match coloured mana gems together to clear them — and gives you a lot of meat to chew on as you play more. Delve into the game.. theres lots to fiddle with! There are dozens of gem-swapping games out there, but lets face it – you can play Bejewelled for hours on end, but why? Just to clear the level? Fine and good, they perfected the form. But in Battle Jewels you can clear the level, and smash the opponent too. Its as simple or as complex as you want .. play to clear, play to win, or play to level up.

via drunkencoders ( http://www.drunkencoders.com ):
As if pirating commercial roms was not bad enough, a new cart from a company called mediacart has ripped off a few of the more prominent homebrew applications and is packaging them as their own. Of note is DSorganize.
Dragonminded has this to say:
“So a new flash cart called the media cart is coming out soon, and it appears they have ripped my work from DSOrganize and are now selling it in a commercial package. Not only was I not notified of this, but they are making money off of my hard work. Please pass it on not to buy this device. Video proof here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lR_FjvqKHwA ). I have tried emailing them about it, but they don’t even have a working email. If you look here ( http://www.mediacart.cc/products.htm ), they were even lazy enough to include a screenshot of my original configuration.”
