Freespace 2 for the Wii. There are some minor graphical glitches, and the number of keys are limited on the Wii, but it is quite playable.
FreeSpace 2 is a 1999 space combat simulation computer game developed by Volition.
You must have a copy of Freespace 2 to use this, instructions are on the Google Code Wiki. If you do not have Freespace 2, you can grab it for real cheap online.
Changes:
* Path is now checked before starting load
* USB2.0 hard-drives support via CIOS_usb2. – If you do not have CIOS USB2 do not put Freespace2 files on your drive, without USB2 support the load times stutter gameplay.

A port of id Software’s Quake II for the Nintendo Wii, straight from the source code at ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/source/quake2.zip
This is only a proof-of-concept release, nothing official. It’s being actively developed; expect heavy changes before the final release.
It will likely crash after some minutes of play, due to unfinished memory-handling code. Still, for these minutes, it’s fully playable; with sound & Wiimote support as can be experienced on Q1Rev.
Controls are similar to Q1Rev ones, with the exception of the “C” button on the Nunchuk controller, used now for crouching.
Thanks to http://www.tehskeen.com for the news.

The exploit dubbed as BannerBomb created by Comex is the only public way to load homebrew applications on a System Menu 4.0 Wii. The exploit was released on the 5th April 2009 through the IRC Channel #Wiidev. The exploit works by using a malformed banner to crash the wii loading the boot.dol placed in the root of the SD card. Currently this exploit does not allow the Homebrew channel to be installed due to the exploit that was used being blocked in 4.0. However, it can still be installed through BannerBomb on System Menu version 3.X.

Harmonium is, to put it plainly, a musical doodling tool. The user can manipulate notes on a 16×16 grid to create melodies within a pentatonic scale. On top of this already addictive concept, you can bring things to life by enabling Conway’s Game of Life!
