A new release of PSX4GP2x is ready! This Playstation 1 emulator for the GP2x comes with the following changes in this version.
Changes:
– Unai’s work in progress frameskip is now implemented in this release. NOTE: Unai has advised me it is in a “preview” type stage. For testing feedback it is set to on by default.
– New dynarec! Faster and more compatible.
– Reverted to old CDR ISO handling. Everything but .bz/.index is supported, including ISO’s.
This build is much faster in many games. With the right settings there are games that run fullspeed with sound and no interlacing! Frameskip is still being worked on and there’s a lot of performance still to be unleashed from the emulator with that feature alone. Also the dynarec has further to go. There’s a lot of polishing to do, but feedback is greatly welcomed.

Here is a new version of Blox. The game is completely rewritten and now fast enough to support all the features of the original Brix such as Elevators, Lasers, Teleporters, Water and acid basins, Sand glasses and Crumbling bricks.
50 levels are included and it is possible to add own ones. This time sound effects are partly available but there is still no music.

Quiest has updated his Fenix game Floaters.
Author notes for this version:
The bug in the gbax version was that the enemy counter raised to slowly, letting only one enemy appear at the time. It’s fixed now and should be a lot more challenging. Volume control should also work.

Alex the Allegator 4 is a pure jump’n’run, just like the old classic platform games. Guide Alex through the jungle in order to save his girlfriend Lola from evil humans who want to make a bag of her.
The game is not very big, but it holds a few surprises. It runs in a very low resolution with only four colors and will not provide you with any real time video or 3D effects.
Please note that this is in no way an official build from Free Lunch Design. Modified source code (required by GPL) is included in the archive.
Changes:
The 0.9 release doesn’t include a vital config file and therefore doesn’t work at all – fixed
