Rise of the Triad DS v0.6 (NDS Game Port)

This is a port of Rise of the Triad for the Nintendo DS. This is currently a work in progress. Newest version is 0.6 (released Sep 20, 2007).

Changes:

* Some changes to reduce memory usage (should avoid Z_Malloc() crashes)
* Fixed the video corruption on the Apogee logo, and the story screens before each episode of the registered version.

Mendeleiev v0.9 (NDS misc)

Dicewars v0.3.9 (NDS Game)

Dicewars DS is a multiplayer version of a popular Flash based strategy game Dicewars for Nintendo DS handheld console. Your task is to conquer the whole game field by rolling dice. Each turn you may attack any opponent’s territory from one of your adjacent territories as long as your territory has more than one die on it. When attacking, If you roll more than the defender, you win.

At the end of each turn, the greatest number of adjoining territories you have is calculated, and you are awarded a bonus of that number of dice, which are placed randomly on your territory.

Changes:

Player and game statistics are now logged into database
Flagging / i.e. player can surrender in game after first 3 rounds
Kdice-like scoring system implemented

PuzzleManiak v2.3 (NDS Game)

PuzzleManiak is a partial port of the Simon Tatham’s Portable Puzzle Collection on Nintendo DS.

Changes:

2 new games integrated: Filling, Solitaire (aka Pegs)
New language integrated: Portugese (thanks Rafael)
All scores are now in hundredths of a second and not in seconds anymore

Setsuzoku no Puzzle v0.3 (NDS Game)

Here comes an update of Stravingo’s “Setsuzoku no Puzzle”.

The goal is to remove all the tiles on the screen by connecting two tiles that have the same color and the same symbol. The link between the two tiles can have at most two corners.

Changes:

– There is now three difficulty modes, instead of the single “Normal” mode. In “Easy” mode, there is few different tiles at first, but a new tile is added every 5 levels. The “Difficult” mode is for those who want a challenging game. In the three modes, the time speeds up at each level.
– In “Easy” and “Normal” modes, the tiles are now placed in 20 different patterns.
– There is now three highscores tables saved on the DS and saved on the net on leaderboard.palib.info to handle the best scores of the three difficulty modes.
– When you do a highscore, you have now the choice to send it right now on leaderboard.palib.info or to send it later if you are not close to a wifi access point. In order to send unsent scores, go to the highscores screen in the game and press X. Instructions are provided on this screen, where unsent scores are preceded by a red “L”.
The current level is now automatically saved, so you can continue to play a previous game when you choose “Play”.
– Some minor graphical and animation changes.
