Homebrew Browser v0.3.9b (Wii Application)

The Homebrew Browser allows you to download the latest homebrew applications and games all through your Wii. You don’t need to take your SD card out. You don’t even need a computer! You can also delete homebrew you no longer want.

No more dead links, no more extracting files, no more finding out that the homebrew application doesn’t include an icon.png and meta.xml in the zip file.

Changes:

Added secondary CodeMii server
Added a connection test so HBB doesn’t look frozen if it can’t connect to the server

GRRLIB v4.3.1 (Wii misc)

GRRLIB is a C/C++ 2D Graphics library for Wii application developers. It is essentially a wrapper which presents a friendly interface to the Nintendo GX core. With it, coders can quickly and easily start creating graphical applications.

As of v4.1.0, GRRLIB is supplied as a standard C/C++ library (aka. archive) called ‘libgrrlib’. Because GRRLIB processes JPEG and PNG images, it requires the installation of the ‘libjpeg’ and ‘libpngu’ libraries. ‘libpngu’, in turn, requires ‘libpng’ and ‘libpng’ requires ‘libz’. GRRLIB also has FileIO functions to allow real-time loading and saving of graphical data, and thus also requires ‘libfat’.

Changes:

libpng was updated to version 1.4.4
FreeType updated to version 2.4.3
GRRLIB is compatible with libogc 1.8.4

TetriCycle v1.1 (Wii Game)

TetriCycle is Tetris projected onto a cylindrical surface. Rotate the cylinder left/right such that the descending piece falls into place.

TetriCycle can be distributed freely and should never be charged for.

Changes:

8th Release: 10/19/10
Added classical mode (for classic tetris).
The Player Profiles ‘rotation’ label now has a ‘piece’ option that allows you to move the piece instead of moving the playfield; this is similar to classical mode, except that the piece is allowed to wrap around in cylindrical mode.
The Player Profiles ‘guide’ label now has a ‘line’ option, so when selecting the guide mode, you can choose between a shadow piece, or a guide line.
