DS2x86 by Patrick Aalto is a PC emulator for Nintendo DS. It’s purpose is to allow you to run old DOS games on your Nintendo DS game console. DS2x86 is a port of DSx86 port using the SuperCard DSTwo’s MIPS processor, therefor it will just run with such a card.
Changes:
– Very preliminary paging support, for now only works in Descent 2 Demo with no sound.
– Fixed a bug in REPNE string opcodes which sometimes used the REPE versions instead.
– Ignore read from VGA port 0x3D8 (WIN386).
– Some other minor fixes and enhancements.

Diablo2 Sorceress Project is a recently resurrected DS homebrew made by LeRodeur. Pocket Island DS by MJaoune is an unofficial remake of “Pocket God”. There are little guys which you can annoy with your stylus and there are few options to change the weather. It’s not yet a game, but the coder plans to add missions.

* Removed many unneeded stuff in RAM.
* Added a Meteor to the killing list.
* Added a Coconut that can hit the Pygmie on the head (On the top of the pygmie’s hair).
* Many GUI modifications.
* Added more sounds.

Cryptic Quotes by foxtotum is a collection of puzzle games for the Nintendo DS.
Release notes:
Some of the puzzles will be very familiar (Landslide, Telephone Code, Sliding Puzzle). These have been presented in as traditional a way as possible.
Some of the puzzles were adapted from other games (Hangman, Scrabble Scramble).
Some of the puzzles I have not seen anywhere else (Texting Turmoil, Snooker Colours, Tiling Troubles).
Some of the games have different difficulty settings which are all explained in the instruction screens.
There are over 35 thousand quotes and extracts which should keep you busy for some time.

Space Impakto DS by relminator is an old school space shooter for Nintendo DS.

Migrated code to latest DKP toolchain
CPU controlled demo(wait 20 seconds in the main menu to activate)
AutoBombs “pick your poison” version.
* When you use autobomb, you won’t have bomb powerups at the end of the stage.
* AutoBomb State is saved for future gameplay.
Saves are now incompatible with older versions.
Player name is saved for future gameplay as Cyan suggested.

POWDER is a roguelike game, which is not a port of an existing roguelike. It is built around replayability and long term ergonomics, not short term learning. Author of this piece of software is Jeff Lait.

* “You cannot hide from I!” is now “You cannot hide from Me!” (B. Perry)
* Looking at a square will also describe any smoke there.

* Blizzards fill the air with sleet and snow, not sleet and slow. Though the latter does describe their special effect nicely.

* If a god decides to flamestrike you, you now get a few turns warning to prepare yourself.
* Monsters properly check safety of squares before stepping on them.
