Red Dragon is a VirtualBoy emulator which has been quickly ported to the GP2x. It’s not in any useable or playable state at the moment. Check the readme for more details.
Headoverheel had his finger on the Final Burn Advance GP2x port recently and has given following improvements:
– Frame limiter and autoframeskip.
– Fps counter (L+R+Y)
– Added Craigix Ram Timmings.
– Volume control.
– Now you can exit from the emulator with L+R+START
– Button mapping modified for vertical games(VOL_UP & VOL_DOWN to Fire , L & R to change volume)
– A few changes and optimizations here and there :p
Simple Dev Studio is a very small IDE for GP2x SDK (0,3 mb) for those who want to make small applications without the need of a +500 mb Visual Studio install. The IDE itself contains and needs only the official GP2x SDK and additional SDL libs or minimal libs to work.
Here comes a christmas version of the OpenTyrian port to the GP2x. Tyrian is a 2D oldschool shooter.

2. Decompress file and place files in the root of the SD card.
3. Turn on GP2X while holding down Select+Home
4. Firmware upgrades itself.* Make sure you have enough battery or use the AC adapter while upgrading the firmware. If the power goes out while upgrading, it may damage the system.

Iconv binary compiled for GP2x. May be used in STERM to convert between different text encodings.
Yahtzee features upto eight players simultaneously with highscore saving in single player mode. It also features custom backgrounds and the option to change the various text colours to match a new background if you want to use your own.
Changes:
– Now remembers previous position of cursor when moving between score sheet and dice.
– Cursor will scroll between options in game when Up or Down is held instead of having to repeatedly press the direction.
– Minor changes to the User Guide.
OpenTyrian is a port of the classic DOS game Tyrian to C using SDL.
Changes:
Changed sound/music from 44100hz to 22050hz.
Changed detail level to 486 level.
Changed launcher script for use with Gmenu2x.
Compiled with latest version of hardware SDL.
Compiled with assembler versions of memcpy() and memset().
