Wickeycolumbus released 256 Byte Pong for Atari 2600.
Release notes:
After compleating Pong 512 Bytes, I decided I would attempt to cut the ROM size in half to a measly 256 Bytes. It is not down to 256 bytes yet, but it is getting there at only 343 Bytes. Some features had to be cut to slim it down like scoring and sound. This version was tested (and works) on real hardware. Here is the latest binary/source code.

Wickeycolumbus has seen a lot of 1k games for Atari 2600 recently, so he thought to make one up the half size.
Release notes:
I’ve been seeing a lot of 1K mini games lately, and I wanted to take a stab at making a game with a small amount of ROM. I managed to squeze Pong into only 511 bytes (one byte to spare!). It is 2 player only (no room for AI) and uses joysticks and no sound (no room for that either). It took me a couple of hours to complete. Here is the Binary and Source. Enjoy!

Then everything is back to normal.
Added a new password to see the ending without having to play the whole game. It’s 33.

Release notes from atari2600land:
Fixed bug #1. I put in some new notes in level 2, but if it still sounds off-key, i’ll just ditch the notes and it will go back to the way it sounded before i tried to improve it.

Drive you car across the road, and pick up the wrenches for bonus points! But, make sure your car is the same color of the wrench, or the game will be over.

Help Doris collect hearts, but watch out for the moving platforms! Also, don’t wait too much, or the heart will lose its energy and it will be game over!
Release notes:
Hi,
this version should fix the issue Vectorman0 had when running the binary on hardware. Also, I followed Nathan’s suggestion: the moving hearts change their horizontal position every pass.

Spider game (prototype name) is a platform game, you play as spider and must walk around and climb platforms to collect goodies, while dodge all cast of dangerous enemies such scoprions, bats and others.
You can climb on upper platform, fix on it and walk in upside-down view, this is the novelty.
Please keep in mind this game is a work in progress and will improve over time.
Release notes:
This new beta shows the gravity system, a very small update. The spider can’t be damaged if fall, I never liked this on the old games.
The cutscene is more interesting, I want to use “hiper sprite” (composition of sprites and playfield pixels to draw one image)
as cutscenes between the levels. I think is a good usage of the graphic vcs hardware and don’t waste much rom ( I can store 9 images like that in 1kb).
My next step is a bit hard, I need to add the playfield colision code, this must be done by software because both, platforms and columns, are playfield and the spider must be free to walk horizontally on the platform but not to cross one column, or fall even touching one column but stop hitting a platform.

Help Doris collect hearts, but watch out for the moving platforms! Also, don’t wait too much, or the heart will lose its energy and it will be game over!
Changes:
– the pitch of the note played when the heart is caught is now related to the hearts’s energy (more energy–>higher pitch–>more points)
– before starting a game, you can set the right difficulty switch to ‘A’ and the hearts will move… vertically (again, thanks Wickeycolumbus !)
