roubignolo is working on Death, a Crackdown clone.
Release notes:
This build is a very early test bed and is only playable on No$gba. You need to emulate 2 DS in order to use the mandatory wifi feature.
Basically, you see others players listed, you choose one to challenge. The other accepts and then you access the game.
3D on both screen + wifi + bugs 🙂
You move on the same playfield and you can see your opponent moving on your screen. You can run, jump and rotate.
You can also admire the pink textures supposed to be transparent (I’m currentlly strugling on the development forum)
Please try and if you have any comment, especially negative ones, I’m in.

Aerthel updated his Nintendo DS homebrew game “Project Sheratan”.
This Project aims to create a Card Battle engine for RPG games on Nintendo DS, mimicking the Baten Kaitos series’s card system.
Changes:
New Features:
– Cards are now playable! Play them in succesion (0,1,2,3..) to make a combo, but be warned, you have a limited amount of time to do this
– As I just mentioned, the combo timer is done.
– The card selection helping system activates when you play a card. If it’s a numbered card, it will search your card for the most appropiate cards for you to play next. Obviously, it’s just a help, you still need to select the cards to play them.
– The card tray now recieves your played cards and counts them, like the BK Origins battle system did
– The music is now loaded form the EFS, so music files are no longer a problem (build includes 8 tunes to demonstrate this)
New Controls:
– Touch a card with the stylus while holding Left or Y to play the card.

Pixelman is an sprite editor which will work directly on your Nintendo DS!
Changes:
*Went from b to c because of a 2 small bugs. One where you could select a blank space when loading a file when there were less than 10 files in a directory. The other had to do with sprites being loaded incorrectly when both /r and /n were at the end of each line.

Jayenkai has updated his puzzle platform game JNKPlat.
Release notes:
Updates
Extra stuff, menu tweak, editor fixes, yada yada.
And, I think (!) I finally got rid of that random “<-- start" that kept popping up on the menu!!
Levels
6 packs included, 67 levels total!
I've placed Another World's levels in as Another World.. Seemed to fit!
Sir Voe's are in as Sir Voe's Simple Set, even though they aren't that simple!!
Midway
If you get halfway through a level pack (and the middle's at least 5 levels in!) you'll be able to restart from the Midway by hitting B on the menu, instead of A.
DLDI vs Non-DLDI
Folk who don't have DLDI will be able to play.. Woot! But they won't be able to save. Awww..
Those with DLDI should stick the JNKPLAT/ directory into their root so they can save.
Blocks are listed in the Level Editor Readme file that's now included.
(I think I remembered to add them all!!)
As always, submit bugs, comments, ideas, levels, etc..

– More Options button on Options screen is in progress, right now does the same thing as Done…
– You can now see as many files as you want in the sprites, palettes, and bmps directories. Can’t go into other folders though…

– Hope I didn’t forget anything…
